Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we offer a 25% partial refund — you keep the item.
To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at SKYLANDHOLDINGSLLC26@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue and the date your order was placed.
Refunds are processed manually upon review and issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at [your email address]. Once we receive your withdrawal notice, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Final sale items, customized/personalized products, and sealed hygiene items are exempt from the right of withdrawal
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
